Milestone Payment Policy

  • 1. 50% Advance before starting work.
  • 2. 25% after Methodology Submission once methodology is delivered.
  • 3. 25% after Results & Analysis Submission before final handover.

Important: For standalone services like Synopsis or Case Reports, a 100% advance payment is required.

Terms & Conditions: Thesis / Synopsis Drafting Services

  1. Service Description: Drafting of thesis/synopsis sections in a standardized manner. Formatting protocols may vary across colleges/guides. ScholarMed is not responsible for discrepancies. Clients must provide exact requirements.
  2. Payment: For complete thesis/research papers, payment is milestone-based (50% advance, 25% after methodology, 25% after results/analysis). Smaller services require full advance.
  3. Clarifications: Queries during drafting may be clarified via phone calls for accuracy.
  4. Correction Allowance: Up to three correction rounds (based on guide feedback) are included at no extra charge.
  5. Additional Charges: Revisions beyond three rounds will attract extra charges, communicated in advance.
  6. Refund Policy: No refunds after initiation of services.
  7. Changes in Topic: Any change in thesis/synopsis topic is treated as new work and charged separately.
  8. Provision of Master Chart: Clients must provide the master chart/data for accurate thesis drafting. By availing ScholarMed services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
